Making Beer

I love to make beer. I am currently making a Belgian Tripel Ale. This is what I need to be doing for a living instead of what I am doing now. It is almost therapeutic for me to go through the process of making beer. It smells wonderful while making and tastes great when you're done. Now you know what one of my favorite pass-times is.
